Billy Childs is one of the foremost American composers of his era and one of our most dazzling jazz pianists. As a composer, Childs is a master of two genres: jazz and modern classical music. Between writing violin concertos and chamber music for classical ensembles, he records Grammy-winning jazz albums and plays the world’s leading clubs, concert halls, and festivals with his exceptional jazz groups.
